MKT have been working with a number of Remote Area employers and local governments recently to re-design their Remuneration Policies in order to take full advantage of the various Remote Area Concessions available to employees who live and work in these Areas.

The recent Productivity Commission Issues Paper has again highlighted the fact that many employers and employees located within Remote Areas do not take full advantage of these concessions, whether by choice or simply through a lack of knowledge.

As a result, MKT have put together a flyer highlighting the benefits of including Remote Area Housing in an employee’s Remuneration Package for you to discuss with your Remote Area Clients.
